By purchasing from Iconic Equestrian you are agreeing by these terms and conditions.
- Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive your item and find that it is faulty, damaged you are eligible for a 100% refund of the original purchase price (not including shipping). The item must be returned in it's original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the item.
NB - We do not offer exchanges on any sale items
The return shipping is at the customers expense for all regular returns, If the return is a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping costs will be paid for by the Iconic Equestrian.
We do not offer returns on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a flash sale.
We accept the following forms of payment:
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order so you know we have received it! You will then receive an email containing your invoice after the order has been processed, containing a tracking number for Auspost or a shipping number for our couriers.
Privacy and Security
We uphold your privacy and do our best to ensure that your details are kept secure and never released to any other party. We do not keep any credit card information on file.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping at flat rates depending on the destination and weight. Some items which are light but bulky (ie. Saddle Pads) are at a higher weight and expense due to their dimensions.
Depending on the service, you will receive notification and a tracking number when your item has been fulfilled.
All orders are hand packed and we work as fast as possible to be able to get your gear to you. We aim to process and send orders within three business days. Our postage service within Australia is Australia Post.
You will be notified of the order confirmation and dispatch through your account via email, however the tracking of your parcel is available through Australia Post. You will receive an email containing your tracking number and the tracking service once your order has been dispatched.
Your privacy is important to us and we ensure that information provided by you is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian Privacy laws and bylaws.
We do not disclose information that we hold to third party companies.
As required by law, you may, at any time, opt out from subscribed direct marketing material.
